Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return it to us for a store credit or exchange. Please refer to the information below for more details on our return policy.

Please note that we do not accept returns for orders outside of Australia. It is important to ensure that you order the correct parts for your engines as we are unable to offer refunds for overseas orders. International buyers should also be aware that any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage costs and are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS

All returns must be posted with proof of receipt within seven (7) days of the date the item was received. The item must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail the return to the provided address. Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your convenience.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will proceed with processing your return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for the processing to be completed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us via email to arrange a refund or exchange. However, it is crucial to inspect the goods within seven (7) days of receiving them to ensure eligibility for any claims concerning damage in transit or missing goods. Special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please also keep in mind the following:

- A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all returns.
- Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- No credits will be issued if the product is not in its original package and/or has been used.
- No credit will be given if the 7-day deadline has passed.
- Electronic parts are not eligible for returns.

 

Please also note that all returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

Refunds will only be offered in cases where the product is proven to be defective and/or damaged, supported by evidence provided within seven (7) days of receipt.

For warranty claims, approval from the respective brand will be required, and it may be dismissed if incorrect information is provided.
