Change of Mind Returns (Australian Customers Only)

We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion under the conditions below. Change-of-mind returns are not a guaranteed right.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, all of the following must be met:

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original resalable condition

  • Original packaging, labels, and documentation must be intact

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • A 20% minimum restocking fee applies

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
     

Exclusions (No Change-of-Mind Returns Accepted)

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Electrical or electronic components

  • Floor stock or second-hand items

  • Installed, fitted, or used parts

  • Special order or non-standard items
     

Outcome of Approved Change-of-Mind Returns

Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit or exchange only

  • No cash refunds for change-of-mind returns

Store credit will be issued once the item is received, inspected, and approved. Processing typically takes up to 7 business days.



How to Return an Item

  1. Contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)

  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging

  3. Include proof of purchase

  4. Return the item using a trackable shipping method

  5. Items returned without prior approval may be refused



Faulty, Damaged or Defective Items 

If an item is faulty, damaged, or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt where reasonably possible

  • Provide photos and details of the issue

  • Warranty claims may require manufacturer assessment and approval

If a fault is confirmed, remedies may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

Depending on the nature of the fault.

Restocking fees do not apply to confirmed faulty or defective items.


International Orders

We do not accept returns for change of mind on international orders.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by their destination country.

  • The 20% restocking fee is a minimum and may increase depending on handling, condition, or supplier costs
