Returns & Store Credit Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer store credit or exchanges for items returned within 7 days of receipt. Here's what you need to know:
Australian Orders
We accept returns from Australian customers only. Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect your return.
Return Requirements
- Return the item within 7 days of receiving it
- Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached
- Include your proof of purchase
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
- You're responsible for return shipping costs
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your proof of purchase
- Ship to the address we provide using a trackable method
- Allow 7 days for processing once we receive your return
Important Notes
- Store credit or exchanges only - we don't offer cash refunds for change of mind
No credit will be given if the 7-day deadline has passed. - No credits will be issued if the product is not in its original package and/or has been used.
- Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- Electronic parts are not eligible for returns.
- Floor stock and second-hand parts cannot be returned
- International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a refund or replacement
- Warranty claims require approval from the manufacturer

Please note that we do not accept returns for orders outside of Australia. It is important to ensure that you order the correct parts for your engines as we are unable to offer refunds for overseas orders. International buyers should also be aware that any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage costs and are the buyer's responsibility.
